One of the powerful options available to the aspiring wizard in IntelliPics Studio 3® is the ability to create custom toolbars, with buttons that can do all kinds of things. Remember that most of the same actions you can use with Page Buttons and as Page Actions also work with Custom Toolbar buttons.
So when do you use Custom Toolbars? In general, if you want an action to be automatic, use it as a Page Action. If you want it to be done by the user, on a specific page, use page buttons. (See Using Page Buttons in IntelliPics Studio 3). If you want the action to be available from all or many pages, put it into a button on a Custom Toolbar.
Here is a quick guide to some of the basic ways you can create and use these Custom Toolbars. You can make them from scratch, add them from libraries or open documents, and add individual buttons from libraries. What actions you might add to those buttons are up to the imagination of the wizard in charge. Download Custom Toolbar Tips right here!
