Movies and animation combine with the narrative to create a real life experience. Students learn about how yeast makes the bread rise, and can see for themselves how kneading changes the texture of the dough. The only thing we could not seem to add using multimedia elements was that wonderful smell of new bread as it comes out of the oven. When students have absorbed the vocabulary, images, and the process of making bread, they can test their new knowledge with a related sequencing activity, Bread Recipe. |

The activity can be run on the IntelliTools Classroom Suite Player. But IntelliPics Studio 3® is needed to perform any editing or changes to the activity itself. Required Software: IntelliTools Classroom Suite Player® or IntelliPics Studio 3®. |
