Making Apple Pancakes

This activity was built to help children in a middle school life skills classroom prepare and make apple pancakes. It used an older skillet-based approach taken from an old German recipe. The activity includes first, a sequencing activity which tests the child's capabilities in remembering the steps in the correct sequence. Secondly, it includes a writing activity. Appropriate word banks are available for the children to write about their baking experiences.
