Both our products and Goodies up until June, 2006 were built in IntelliTools Classroom Suite v. 3.0.4. Until that time, we were able to distribute freely the old Classroom Suite Player. We are no longer allowed to distribute that player, and we will be moving up to the newest version, Classroom Suite 3.2. |
| There have been some significant changes in the current version, 3.2. Activities built in v. 3.2 may not run properly in previous versions. In particular, they will not run with the original Players. We anticipate that Learning Magic products released after June, 2006 will need to run in version 3.2 of Classroom Suite. We will note this fact in the individual descriptions, so do watch for this information. Goodies developed after June 2006 will also be built in v.3.2. |
Along with v. 3.2 is a new Player for developers to include with their products. We are currently testing all Learning Magic software for compatibility with this new ITAN Player. When we are satisfied with this testing, the new Player will be used on all our CDs. We will let you know when the revised products begin to ship. Goodies developed in version 3.2 will also run with this Player, so purchase of any of the revised Learning Magic products will give you access to the new version Goodies. |
Note that the new ITAN Player, unlike the old player, is NOT freely distributable. It is licensed for installation on one computer per Learning Magic CD purchased. IntelliTools has generously allowed authors such as Learning Magic the right to include this ITAN Player on our product CDs. In return, we ask that you honor IntelliTools' policy with regard to the ITAN Player. |
